How to Get the Most Out of Our Sites

As many of you have noted, no doubt, I have been quite active in the last couple of weeks updating this site and our sister site,, which is our resource page and will soon be hosting our online forum as well, once I have had a chance to reconfigure it.

I just wanted to make a post in this new “personal” category to explain what is going on and how to best use the major pages I have created in the last couple of days.

I have created two major new pages this week, one is the True Science Page and the other is the Sungazing page.

I recommend that you watch all of the videos on the True Science page FIRST, as it gives you important background information from the cutting edge on the frontiers of science. Sad to say, due to the great fragmentation in the scientific community and the fact that one branch of science doesn’t always know what other branches are doing, the fields of biology as well as many other fields of research have not caught up with quantum physics. In fact, many ordinary physicists aren’t even taking note yet of the earth shaking research done by their cousins in the quantum physics field, and are still acting as if the universe operates according to the outdated old Newtonian physics rules.

The implications of the latest research are nothing short of earthshaking, and change our entire view of how the universe functions. The bottom line is that things are not as they appear at all. In fact, it is highly likely that the entire universe is just a gigantic hologram, with all of the startling implications of that fact.

I want you to pay special attention to the presentations by Bruce Lipton as he is on the cutting edge of what this new paradigm shift means for the field of biology. It can no longer be said, for example, that human consciousness has nothing to do with cause and effect. In fact, it might be more accurate to say that it has EVERYTHING to do wi8th it. David Wilcock touches on this subject as well in his presentations. Pay special attention to David’s discussions on the pineal gland.

Folks, the pineal gland is one of the centers of our mind and consciousness. It seems to have a great deal to do with the development of psychic powers as well as many other important higher functions.

And, it is a demonstrated fact that Sun gazing seems to stimulate the pineal as well as the whole brain.

The material on the sun gazing page is quite extraordinary, and I urge you to watch every single one of the videos on that page. If you listen to the videos on both of these pages and understand what they are saying, it will change your world view forever and you will quickly reach the realization that these are very important topics.

Over the past couple of years I have experienced increased physical problems, and as a result my mind has not been as sharp and clear as it used to be. Also, my eyesight has been in steady decline for probably a couple of years now, but I didn’t recognize the seriousness of the problem until February, when it became painfully clear to me that I was losing the vision in my left eye, which is my good eye.

I became very alarmed by these trends, and after much thought and research, I determined that a vegan and then later a raw food diet might be the only way to reverse this downward spiral.

I began with a vegetarian diet in April that quickly changed into a vegan diet by May. This has paid great dividends, but the detox process has been slow and painful. It has been working, gradually, to clear up a lot of these conditions.

At the same time, I made a decision to continue my meditations and spiritual quest, and started to rely more and more on the material from The Higher Balance Institute. I highly recommend their material, because it actually works!

I have taken courses and read books from many other sources, but nothing compares to the material coming out of HBI. If you watch this blog site, over the next few weeks we will be giving you links to free material from HBI, so that you can see how fantastic it is for yourself.

If by the time you are finished with these free lessons you are not impressed or it hasn’t made a change in your life, then you can just move on. However, this material has literally saved my life, and I’m not exaggerating. In the last six months or so HBI material has made a massive difference in my life, and it can make a great difference in yours too.

Our Christian friends reading this blog have a tendency to feel threatened by this type of spiritual material and experiences. Friends, let me state right here and now that it is increasingly becoming clear to me that what they call the Force, or what the Indians call prana, is nothing more than the Spirit of God, which created and sustains this entire universe. There is absolutely nothing wrong with learning how to interact with God’s Spirit, then, in a meaningful way and there is a lot to be gained from it.

Of course, just as in Star Wars, there is also a “Dark side” to the Force, which is nothing more than the influence of Satan’s mind upon the world. However, if your intention is to connect to the Force, then, by and large, that is what you are going to connect with and the prana you take in will be the good kind rather than the bad.

I have also discovered during the last 2 months the ancient practice of Sungazing. I started Sungazing a little over 2 months ago, and it is doing everything that HRM said it would. It has improved my eyesight, cleared most of the cobwebs out of my mind that have been gradually growing as I have grown older, and is having a positive impact on my overall health and mental well being. As of this morning, I am now up to 11 minutes of looking directly at the sun.

I strongly urge you to listen to HRM’s lecture on our Sungazing page for full details on how to safely do this as well as get an understanding of the great benefits you can expect. It is well worth your time to do so.

This personal blog category will contain regular updates of my own personal experiences so that you can see week by week, the effects it’s having on my life.

Another startling discovery I have made in the last few weeks is that the early church and Christ Himself appear to have been Sungazers as well. I found an important reference to this just today, but it will take me some time to read it. But, I believe that Gene Savoy was correct in this theory and I am running down his leads as fast as I can.

If this proves to be true, which I believe it to be, then the implications are absolutely astounding. It will become abundantly clear to what degree this world has worked to suppress the truth brought by Christ and the original Apostles before the Romans got hold of it and turned it into just another religion. The reasons for this are many, but the bottom line is that the Romans were very worried about how they would retain power over people if they were liberating themselves through Sungazing.

OK, so I think that’s enough for right now. I have a lot more to present, but it’s going to take some time to bring it all out. One thing I want to bring you is a very interesting interview with a Sungazer who has many startling and amazing things to say from his own personal experience. However, I am not going to just throw this video out there. I will have many important comments to make on some of the amazing things this man has to say, so it’s going to have to wait until I have several hours to listen to the segments of the interview again and then write my comments under each segment to clarify what he is telling us.

I also want to tell you how to get the best use out of our network of sites, but that will also have to wait for another day. In the meantime, have a look around at our other websites and I think you will soon begin to understand that we have a complete system that you can just plug into and thereby attain success in life beyond your wildest dreams.

The future stands before you, and it can be a bright and shining future beyond your wildest imagination. But, there is one important ingredient to all of this and that is you must take action based on what you are learning. To just endlessly learn new things without doing anything about it is a big waste of time and effort on your part.

So, I urge you to take my suggestions and begin TODAY to watch the important videos on our True Science and Sungazing pages, because that knowledge will lay important foundations for you to build a future success for yourself beyond your wildest dreams!

Learn to See the Human Aura!

Over the next few weeks you are going to get lots of free spiritual material here that will be utterly amazing. I will be sharing with you hundreds of dollars worth of free material that is absolutely the most affective I have ever used.

I am not new to spiritual and metaphysical material. I’ve taken lots of courses, used many different meditation techniques, etc., much of it with only mediocre results.

Then, I discovered a literal treasure trove of material that has changed my life over the past year. Now, I’m going to share these golden nuggets with you, my blog readers.

The first thing you are going to want to do is to learn to see the human aura. Once you have done that, then no one will be able to ever again tell you that your spiritual life is “all in your head,” or “just your imagination,” because it will be utterly real to you.

Below is a video by Eric Pepin of the Higher Balance institute with an instructional video on how to see the aura. And, once you have watched this video, click on the link below it to be taken to a special page with more information on this amazing process.

And, remember to visit the spiritual category of our blog posts several times per week for the latest free material.

Let your journey begin.

Changing Your Brain By Changing Your Mind

When it comes to managing stress, the Eastern traditions may be especially effective. The Western health model is based on diagnosing the underlying cause of a problem and then finding an active medical or behavioral intervention to remove it. People with chronic illness are often urged to “stay strong,” or to have “a fighting spirit.” Eastern medicine has a more holistic view of disease as indicating a lack of balance or an energy blockage. The solution is to bring the body and mind back into balance using gentle, noninvasive techniques such asherbs, manipulative techniques, movement, or meditation.

How the Brain Processes Emotion

Our lower brain centers, such as the amygdala or hypothalamus, were made to detect and respond to threats, such as a tiger about to eat us. They generate an immediate “fight ot flight” response to increase the odds of survival, but they can become hypersensitive, interfering with our ability to experience the present moment in an open and relaxed way. Daily meditation practice can help to correct this imbalance and allow us to retrain our minds so we are less likely to overreact with intense anger or fear to psychological threats, such as rejection. Being less chronically stressed can also help our immune systems function more efficiently to fight off disease.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Therapy (MBSR) is a meditation program developed by John Kabat-Zinn and researchers at Harvard Medical School to help people living with chronic pain. Central to this form of meditation is a focus on the breath to bring the mind back to the present moment when it wanders off. Over time, this leads to greater conscious control over attentional focus, such that more primitive alarm responses are less able to control our thoughts and behaviors. The final goal of the meditation training is to integrate present-moment awareness into every aspect of daily life.

Research over the past 10 years or so has begun to show how meditation may change the brain and improve mental and physical wellbeing.

Improved Immune Response

A 2003 study by Richard Davidson and colleagues, with healthy employees, showed that 8 weeks of meditation practice changed the pattern of electrical activity in the brain. There was greater activation in the left hemisphere among meditators than people assessed at the same time who did not have meditation training (control group). The researchers also looked at immune response to an influenza vaccine and found that the meditator group had more antibody titers to the vaccine than the control group, indicating better immune functioning. These benefits lasted for months after the intervention.

Changes in the Brain’s Grey Matter

A more recent controlled study showed that meditation was associated with increased grey matter in the hippocampus, which is responsible for learning and memory, and decreased grey matter in the amygdala, which is the initiator of the brain’s pre-cortical alarm system. These physiological changes parallel the theory that meditation increases conscious control over emotional, behavioral, and attentional response to threat.

Reduced Pain Sensitivity

Researchers are also beginning to show that meditation can change the way we experience pain. Chris Brown and colleagues at the University of Manchester showed that a Mindfulness Meditation course led to less unusual activity in areas of the prefrontal cortex when subjects expected to receive a painful stimulus (such as a small elecric shock or contact with a hot object). Those who meditated reported finding the pain less unpleasant as well.

Shift From Negative to Positive Affect

Patients in another mindfulness study demonstrated significantly greater changes in brain electrical activity from activation in the left to the right cortical  hemisphere, from before to immediately after following meditation and several months later, compared to a control group. This pattern of brain activity is associated with a shift away from negative and towards more positive emotional experience. In other words, mindfulness meditation regimen appeared to help people to experience more positive emotions such as love, compassion, or contentment.

Does a Briefer Intervention Work?

One reason why people resist meditating is the time it takes. The original protocol involved eight weeks of mindfulness training sessions plus 45 minutes a day of at-home practice. At the beginning, many people find it difficult to sustain attention on the breath for that length of time. Logistical and time considerations make patients more hesitant to sign up or result in dropout. A briefer intervention that could be used more widely in hospital, employee wellness, and outpatient mental health settings might be more cost-effective and palatable to patients. A very recent study published in the journal Psychological Science now shows that a briefer meditation protocol cal produce similar changes in cortical activity. Researcher Chris Strout and his colleagues at the University of Wisconsin-Madison assigned subjects at random to either a 5-week Mindfulness Meditation group or to a group put on a waiting list for services. Data showed people in the meditation group practiced at home a couple of times a week for about 25 minutes each time, on average. These meditation subjects showed the same brain changes as those who got the full intervention in earlier studies; that is, a significant increase in left hemisphere cortical activation. The waiting list group did not demonstrate these changes. This is an exciting finding, since it suggests even shorter meditation periods can significantly increase positive emotional experience in the brain.

For the Reader:

Below are some instructions for a basic breath awareness meditation. Do this once or twice a day for 2 weeks and observe what happens. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Try to accept whatever your individual experience is.
